Ballington Project Management Services, LLC is a subsidiary of Volunteers of America – Greater New York, and was born from its Capital Projects Department. Over the years Ballington has managed the development, construction and renovation of numerous facilities for the VOA-GNY, and now offers the same services to outside corporations.
Ballington’s goal is to assist its clients from project conception to close-out, managing every step of the way. They lead with dynamic decision making, while focusing in on budget, project scope, and schedule.
Their Project Management and Owner’s Representation services will help owners who need more construction expertise on their side of the team.
JOSEPH AULD has been managing projects for the group since 2003. As Director, he has guided the group through real estate development projects ranging from major housing projects, to school construction, with a number of different debt and equity sources. With a background in architecture, real estate, and construction, he understands and consults on complex real estate development projects, office fit-outs, major renovations, or systems and technology upgrades.
